Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Method

All our karaoke tracks are delivered online via digital links to the registered email IDs.
Verification of credentials is required only on the first order placed.
Orders placed between 7 PM (IST) to 9:30 AM (IST) on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) might take up to 12 hours for the download link(s) to be sent to your registered email address.
Orders placed on non-working days will take approximately 24 to 36 hours for credential verification and delivery of the link.

Please Note: Sundays and National Holidays as per the Indian Calendar are not counted as working days.

If any information about a product on the website is missing or inaccurate (e.g., version, artist, length), or if lead vocals are present in the track, the karaoke track will be replaced. Replacement must be claimed within 15 days of online delivery.
If a track is mistakenly purchased and downloaded instead of the required one, a refund or replacement will not be provided.
If a track has been purchased twice, and supporting data is provided, a replacement track of the same value will be provided.
A sample for judging the audio quality of the full-length karaoke is available for each product on the website. Hence, claims for refunds or replacements regarding audio quality will not be honored.
No cash refunds are provided. If a genuine claim is raised, a refund in the form of a coupon will be provided, which can be redeemed later.
In the Music Composition service, once the song has been composed as per the specifications provided before the project began, no further changes in instrumentation, length, etc., will be entertained.

If the client does not apply the coupon code during order placement, the Company is not liable to provide a refund for the discount.
Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Regional Karaoke reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
The coupon may only be used on Regional Karaoke and in conjunction with the purchase of tracks sold by Regional Karaoke, not on products sold by third-party sellers.
The promotion is limited to one coupon per customer.
Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

It is requested that you communicate with us through various channels like live chat on the site, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and email to address any inconvenience before filing a dispute.
Client and Regional Karaoke agree to first attempt to negotiate the resolution of any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before either party initiates any arbitration or court proceeding.
Negotiations will begin upon receipt of written notice by the party raising the Dispute. Regional Karaoke will send its notice using available information – for example, mailing a copy to your billing address and emailing a copy to the email address you have provided to us.
